Inspection Agreement

 

Please read through the following documents prior to your scheduled home inspection.  A copy of each of these documents will also be provided at the time of the inspection.

 

The Oregon Construction Contractors Board requires that home inspectors operating in Oregon provide each client with a Pre-Inspection Agreement, signed by both parties, prior to a home inspection.  Additionally, home inspectors must provide the client with a copy of the Consumer Protection Notice provided by the Construction Contractors Board.  The State of Oregon has developed a Standards of Practice that every home inspector in Oregon must follow: this document is also included below.
